As a Pioneer Hi-Bred sales Rep, Derek is backed by their advanced research capabilities. Whether a situation involves challenging weather conditions, soil variability, or rotational practices, he can work with you and suggest the right product package to match your needs. Derek holds a diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba, is a lifelong resident of Oak Bluff, where he is part of the fourth-generation in a fifth-generation farming family and is a member of the MB Institute of Agrologist's.
Erin Erb
Co-Owner & Administration
After leaving the financial industry, Erin joined Derek to established Derek Erb Seeds in 2008. Handling administration, accounts payable, receivable, social media, sponsorship requests, and treating and loading out beans for both the seed business and her and Derek's own farming operation.
Dwight Willoughby
Associate Sales Rep & Crop Advisor
Dwight has extensive knowledge and practical veteran experience with soybeans, canola, corn, cereals, pulses, and forages. Dealing with traditional crops and herbicide-tolerant systems across inoculants, seed treatments, offers in herbicides and fungicides in the crops you grow. With well over 30+ years of agriculture industry experience, Dwight also holds a degree in Agriculture, P Ag, and CCSC.
Richard Dureault
Associate Sales Rep & Farmer
Richard currently farms in the Fannystelle area with his brother, offering custom planting and grain drying services. Richard, who completed his Agriculture Diploma in 2011 and achieved his Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation, was appointed to the board of directors for the Manitoba Corn Grower Association in 2016.
